Tuition Exchange Program

Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK University is a member of The Tuition Exchange Program and the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) tuition exchange program. These programs are reciprocal scholarship programs. The programs present the opportunity for tuition benefits at other member institutions for the dependent sons and daughters of eligible employees of Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK University. Dependency is determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) guidelines for a dependent student.

The programs are not a guaranteed benefit and are based on established program and policy regulations. Scholarships are not granted for graduate study, non-degree study or second undergraduate degrees.

This policy outlines the procedure to apply for an exchange scholarship; the responsibility to apply for admission to the importing institution is the student’s.

The Tuition Exchange, Inc. and CIC Tuition Exchange Programs

Dependents of eligible full-time faculty and staff may apply to participate in both and . Full-time benefit eligible employees who have completed their 90 day probationary period are eligible to participate in these tuition exchange programs. Effective for the Fall 2021 academic year, there are no seniority requirements or limitations on the number of children that may participate at one time.

  • Applications should be submitted to the Human Resources department by October 1 of the year preceding the student’s intended enrollment. Employees’ eligibility will be confirmed by the Human Resources Office before the application is sent to the Office of Student Financial Services for processing.
  • Notification of the receipt of a scholarship is the responsibility of the importing school.
  • The university adheres to the recommended application timelines published by The Tuition Exchange, Inc. and CIC Tuition Exchange Programs.
  • Each child may receive the scholarship for a maximum of 8 semesters.
